We’ll always do our best to ship items as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Here are a few helpful things to know about our processes:

When will my order ship?

Please allow up to 2 business days for processing your online/phone order.

What Parcel Carriers do you use?

We use USPS for a majority of online orders. UPS, FedEX and DHL will be used if terms are better.  You will be sent a tracking as soon as your shipping label is created.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows your order was delivered but you haven't received it, you'll need to contact the parcel carrier to open an investigation or claim.

Do You cover Return Shipping?

We do not.

What do I do if my online order hasn’t arrived?

If your order hasn’t arrived and you believe there is a problem here are some steps to follow. First check the tracking number provided, this will tell you where your parcel is, if it’s been delivered or delayed. 

You will have to direct all questions to the parcel carrier if you believe your package was lost, stolen or delayed.

For international orders, if you feel your packages is taking longer than normal the item(s) are most likely held up in customs.  Tracking will tell you if your package has reacher your country and if there are any extra steps you will have to take to retrieve your package.

Holiday Shipping

You want your gifts in time, and we want to help. To ensure your package arrives by Christmas, please note the cut-off dates:

For holiday delivery via First Class Mail, order by December 17th.

For holiday delivery via Priority Mail, order by December 18th.

For holiday delivery via Priority Mail Express, order by December 23rd.

Returns

Returns can be made within 7 business days of delivery date for exchange or store credit only. 

Returns need to include a completed Return Authorization Form, Click HERE to print out form and label.

Returned online purchases are eligible for store credit or exchange only. Final sale items, hemmed/altered items, worn or used items, and custom orders are not eligible for store credit, refund or exchange.  

Returns & exchanges must meet the following criteria:

Item must be in new, unworn, unwashed, un-altered (pre-shipped) condition

Original tags must be attached 

Shoes must be in original box with original packaging intact and tags attached

Receipt/Packing List must be included with return

Returns must be requested within 7 calendar days from date of delivery

Please note that we are NOT able to accept returns on worn, altered, or otherwise “used” items. We are not responsible for return shipping costs or for compensation of items lost or damaged in return shipping. All return/exchange requests must be pre-approved. 

Store credit for returns are issued for original purchase amount (excluding shipping) on a Stockist gift card.

Cancellations for online orders incur a 5% order cancellation fee. No cancellations are permitted once an online order has shipped. 

Can I return a SALE item?

Sale items (any item marked down from its original price) are FINAL SALE, yes this includes discount codes, weekend sales anniversary sale items etc.

Basically if it is on Sale, it is a Final Sale Item.

Holiday Return/Exchange Policy

All items purchase between November 20th and December 24th are eligible for our extended policy. You will have 2 weeks after Christmas to exchange your items or Return for Store Credit.

Please note any items purchase in the LAST CHANCE section are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Can I pick up my online order in store?

Yes my friend you can! Just make sure you choose In Store Pick up during check out so you don’t get charged any shipping fees.

Help I can’t find my size!

Oh no! We are a small shop and don’t carry much back stock.  Always call or email the shop and we can see if your size is hiding somewhere.
